Our company takes care of all customer needs attentively and responsibly. We have a complete resource base to ensure timely provision of our products to the consumers with a well-established delivery system. We possess large volumes of high-quality carbon dioxide gas in Ukraine, meeting European standards for food, medical, and industrial applications.

All our transport and stationary containers have undergone thermal and steam cleaning under pressure, as well as nitrogen drying (technologies that only industrial gas manufacturers can utilize). Our company strictly adheres to the instructions and guidelines of our European partners regarding the storage, transportation, and packaging of our products.

Our carbon dioxide (carbonic acid gas, carbon dioxide, CO2) is produced at a modern, high-tech automated plant of European standards – Zakłady Azotowe PUŁAWY SA in Poland.

The carbon dioxide complies with the requirements of:
ISBT International Society of Beverage Technologists.
EIGA European Industrial Gases Association.

Application

Food Industry:

  • Production of carbonated beverages (mineral water, beer, etc.);
  • For the production of dry ice;
  • For cooling, freezing, and storage of food products.

Shielded Carbon Dioxide Welding:

  • To improve the quality and reliability of welds;
  • For cold assembly of machine parts;
  • In fine grinding processes.

Machinery and Construction:

  • For arc welding based on the principle of protecting the molten metal from the harmful effects of atmospheric air.

Metallurgy:

  • Purging of foundry molds with carbon dioxide gas;
  • During the production of aluminum and other easily oxidizable metals.

Fire-Extinguishing Properties:

  • Effectively extinguishes the combustion process.

Perfumery:

  • In perfume production.

Medicine:

  • During open surgeries (for freezing and antiseptic effects);
  • Sterilization of medical equipment and materials.

Agriculture:

  • For creating artificial rain;
  • For foliar feeding;
  • For creating a gaseous environment in vegetable storage facilities.

Ecology:

  • Replaces strong mineral acids for neutralizing alkaline wastewater.

Mining Industry:

  • During non-explosive rock blasting.
Safety, impact on people

Carbon dioxide is non-toxic and non-explosive. However, at concentrations above 5% (92 g/m3), carbon dioxide can have harmful effects on human health. Since carbon dioxide is heavier than air, it can accumulate in poorly ventilated areas near the floor. This reduces the oxygen content in the air, leading to oxygen deficiency and suffocation.
